Mr. Ashok Shah is a Management Graduate and is the Promoter Director of the Company having more than 25 years of rich experience in Capital Market.

He has rich experience of 24 years in the field of Secretarial, finance and legal work. He has worked, as Company Secretary & General Manager (Administration) & (Legal) for one of the state government undertaking.

Mr. Mayur Parikh is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate in Law and has completed the Company Secretaryship course- Inter level. He has been practicing in the field of Audit (Internal & Tax Audits) apart from Statutory Audit for the organizations having a combined turnover of US$ 40 millions (INR 160 millions). In addition, he has also independently handled the public issues of more than 10 companies having a combined issue value of US $130 millions (INR) 520 millions.

Mr. Ravi Kapoor is a Practicing Company Secretary (FCS) and a Graduate in Law having done other courses such as CAIIB, AMIMA and PGDIPR.He has diverse experience having handled (i) Issues including public issues, right issue, bonus issues and preferential issues of Companies (ii) Amalgamations (iii) Preparation, execution and registration of Debenture Trust Deeds with IFCI, Bank of India and UTI Bank as Debenture Trustees and (iv) Numerous Projects financed through State Level Financial Institutions.

Having vast experience of more than 2 years of Merchant Banking, Secretarial & Legal activities.
